Terms of services

- Prices are subject to change without any prior notice
- All tips are accepted in CASH only and given to the nail tech
- Last walk-in customer is accepted 45 minutes before the closing time
- All service times are estimated and can vary
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or no reason
- All services are final and are not refundable
- Any service tendered/received before or after our normal business hours (15 minutes grace period is allowed) will incur additional 20 percent surcharge
- Please note that Milk does not accept any new clients and does not book appointments
- We do not book appointments for any particular nail tech and clients will be assigned to the next available nail tech based on their turn
- We are not responsible for any lifting of the nails after the fill service
- We do not do fills for Dip Powder, Gel-X and Hard Gel nails
- Bookings with any particular nail techs are not permitted
- We will be glad to fix and repair any nails related to gel/dip within the 5 days after receiving the service (Repair/redoing of nail polish service is not guaranteed)
- We do not guarantee removing ingrown nails and are not responsible/liable for any bleeding or infections
- If the client does not show up within the first 10 minutes of scheduled appointment then we reserve the right to cancel, up-charge and/or require a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments
- All clients are responsible to disclose any medical condition(s) like diabetes etc. prior to receiving any services. We are not liable for any medical conditions, infections, bleeding and/or anything else due to the services performed
- We reserve the right to request non-refundable deposit before accepting any bookings
- We do not guarantee acceptance of any bookings made online via Yelp, our website or any other social media applications. We reserve the right to accept or decline the booking depending upon our schedule and availability
- All clients agree to all of our terms and conditions and release us from all liabilities regardless of the booking method, i.e., online, call-in, walk-in, etc.
- We appreciate the kindness towards all of our staff and any rudeness and/or negativity will not be tolerated
